Terms of Service for Vendors

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between MyanPay Shop (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) and vendors (“you” or “Vendor”) who wish to sell products through our eCommerce platform. By registering as a Vendor and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Vendor Eligibility

  • Vendors must provide accurate and verifiable business or personal information during registration.

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Myanmar.

2. Product Listings

  • Vendors must provide accurate, complete, and updated product information (including price, description, and stock availability).

  • Prohibited items (such as counterfeit products, illegal goods, or restricted items) are strictly forbidden.

  • MyanPay Shop reserves the right to review, approve, or remove any product listing at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Vendors set their own product prices, but must comply with fair trade practices.

  • Payments for sold products will be transferred to Vendors after deduction of applicable fees, commissions, or charges.

  • Vendors must provide accurate bank account or payment details for settlements.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Vendors are responsible for timely processing, packaging, and shipping of customer orders.

  • If MyanPay Shop manages logistics, Vendors must cooperate with shipping requirements and timelines.

  • Repeated delays, cancellations, or complaints may result in suspension of Vendor accounts.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must comply with MyanPay Shop’s Shipping & Returns Policy.

  • Vendors are responsible for handling defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Refunds or exchanges must be processed promptly as per platform guidelines.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all dealings.

  • Ensure all products sold are genuine, safe, and meet quality standards.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints within reasonable timeframes.

  • Protect customer data and not misuse it for unauthorized purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors must not list or sell products that infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Vendors grant MyanPay Shop a non-exclusive right to use product images and descriptions for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Fees & Commissions

  • Vendors agree to pay any applicable listing fees, transaction fees, or commissions as specified by MyanPay Shop.

  • Fee structures may be updated with prior notice.

9. Suspension & Termination

  • MyanPay Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harmful conduct.

  • Vendors may request account closure at any time, subject to fulfillment of outstanding obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • MyanPay Shop acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for disputes between Vendors and customers.

  • Vendors are solely responsible for their products, fulfillment, and compliance with laws.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Myanmar.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar.
